• Main Material: Air Mesh Fabric(100%Nylon) +10mm PVC foaming bottom

• Size: 70.87" x 23.62" (180 cm x 60 cm)

• Low DC voltage(24V) design

• Heating power: 60W

• Output of power supply: 24V/2.5A

• 120-minute auto shutoff timer

1. Connect the male end of the power supply to the female end on the Heated Yoga

Mat.

2. Plug the power supply into an AC outlet.

3. Press and hold the power button on the Heated Yoga Mat for three seconds. The

default setting is HIGH heat, and will display a RED light.

4. Press the power button once more to change the heat setting. NOTE: It is

recommended to put a large towel on the Heated Yoga Mat before use.

5. To turn off the Heated Yoga Mat, press and hold the power button for three seconds

or until the LED light turns off. For safety, the power will turn off automatically

within 2 hours in every setting. NOTE: Unplug the power supply from the AC outlet

when not in use.
