OPERATING PROCEDURE
The following rules must be observed when using the Robby 6000
Always
Check daily before use that the power supply cable, plug
and sockets are in good condition; check for visible signs of
damage (do not use if damaged)
Always
Follow the correct procedure when filling the water
reservoirs and waste tank
Always
Wear full PPE when working in confined spaces - mask,
goggles, gloves, overalls.
Operating Procedures on the Robby 6000
Push down on pressure safety
cap then turn the cap
anti-clockwise to unscrew.
Now the machine is ready for
Connect the steam hose
use: Activate the steam
to inlet.

Fill the tank with water using
the funnel : max. 4 ltr.
Preferably hot water. Make
sure the tank does not overflow.
Select the required accessory. Push firmly
onto the left switch of the pistol grip and
the trigger (red switch underneath the
pistol grip). It is possible that a small
amount of water is released.
Never
allow any part of the Robby 6000 to be immersed in
water
Never
allow children, inexperienced, untrained or
unauthorised people access to the Robby 6000
Push down on the tank cap and
turn it clockwise to screw it shut
firmly.
Open the steam output
regulator knob and regulate
it to the required amount of
steam.
Switch on the main switch. The boiler ready lamp
(green lamp) will light up when ready for use.
When hot water is required switch on the right
switch of the pistol grip and the hot
water switch.
