Reassembly of Meter
Reinstalling Bearing Plate
1)
Align rotors on bearing plate (see picture) before inserting into meter.
2) Slide front bearing plate with rotors into meter housing and rear bearing plate.
3) Again, rotate gears to make sure they turn freely within the housing before proceeding.

Reinstalling Rotor Gears & Lock Nuts
1)
Using the spare displacement gear (or shop rag), position between right displacement gear and blocking rotor
gear.
2) Using the torque specifications, apply and tighten the lock nut on the right and left displacement gears.
3) Move the spare gear between the left displacement and blocking rotor gears and then tighten the lock nut on the
blocking rotor gear.
