Network Setting Before setting, please make sure the gateway (additional purchase) works normally. Ensure that power is supplied to this product, and it is within the effective communication range of the gateway. 1.Add ZigBee Network Quickly click [Multi-Functional Key] 4 times to apply for joining ZigBee network, and each click is less than 1s. - Page 32 Caution ●Cut down the power before installation! It’s dangerous to operate with power on. Non-professional operation is strictly prohibited. ●This product must be installed in the plastic box! Installation in the metal cassette may weaken wireless communication signals so that it may lower the communication efficiency. ●Keep this product away from interference source, for example, washing machine, microwave oven, refrigerator, router, etc., or its working sensitivity and performance may be affected.

Trouble Shooting 1. Q: How to deal with it when failed to join ZigBee network? A: Please confirm gateway works normally, and is allowed to add network, and this product is within effective communication range. 2. Q: While power is supplied, how to deal with it when failed to control the switch locally? A: Confirm switch wiring is correct and secure, lamp is with power on normally, and bulb power is within rated power range. -
