26. Cab Tilting Procedure (207-00-A8340)
1.
Park machine on level ground, lower attachment, and stop
engine.
2.
Secure any loose objects in the cab and riser.
3.
Remove the eight cab riser mounting bolts and install them in
the storage nuts near the bolt heads.
4.
Turn on the cab tilt battery disconnect switch located in the
battery box.
5.
Open the left side machine doors and press the cab tilt switch
down button to tilt the cab forward.
6.
Return cab to the upright position by pressing the cab tilt
switch up button.
7.
Turn off the cab tilt battery disconnect switch.
8.
Replace the eight cab riser mount bolts. Torque to 927 ±103 N•m (68 ±76 LB-FT)
