Playing a file on a USB device

The audio format that can be played back on this
system is MP3*/WMA*/AAC*.
* On this system, files with DRM (Digital Rights
Management) copyright protection cannot be played
back, and files downloaded from an online music store
may not be played back.

Press USB to select the USB
function.

Connect the USB device to the
(USB) port.

Press N (play) to start playback.
Other operations
To
Pause playback
Stop playback
Select a folder
Select a file
Search a folder and
file
Find a point in a file
Select Repeat Play
Select Shuffle Play
* When playing a VBR MP3/WMA file, the system may
resume playback from a different point.
Do the following:
Press X (pause). To resume
play, press X again.
Press x (stop). To resume
play, press N (play)*. To
cancel resume play, press
x again.
Press
(folder) +/–
repeatedly.
Press ./>.
Press BACK during
playback, press M/m to
select the desired folder,
then press ENTER. Press
M/m to select the desired
file, then press ENTER.
Hold down m/M during
playback, and release at the
desired point.
Press REPEAT repeatedly
until "REP" or "REP1"
lights up (page 50).
While playback is stopped,
press PLAY MODE
repeatedly until the desired
play mode ("SHUF," etc.)
lights up (page 50).
