5.1.7.2 Cleaning, alternative 1
1.
Switch off the power at the main switch and disconnect the Eurostecker
from the burner.

If so desired, service position 3 may be used.

Remove the solenoid cable from the pump.
4.
Remove the connector pipe from the pump.
5.
Undo the air intake retaining screws (I).
6.
Remove the air intake.
7.
Undo the inlet cone retaining screw; make note of the inlet cone position.
8.
Remove the inlet cone from the fan housing.
9.
Clean the fan wheel. Undo and if necessary remove the fan wheel for
more thorough cleaning of the fan and fan housing.
10.
Install the fan wheel; tighten the retaining screw. The fan wheel must
be installed in the bottom position toward the motor shaft. Install the
drive coupling end.
11.
Re-assemble the burner. Pay attention to the drive coupling so that it
does not fall out, and also that it aligns correctly in the drive coupling
end of the motor and pump.
12.
Fit the inlet cone in the same position as before disassembly
13.
Fit the O-ring in the groove between the fan housing and inlet cone.
Ensure that it is properly located in the groove and is not damaged
when the air intake is fitted.
14.
Connect the Eurostecker and switch on the power at the main switch.
15.
Start the burner and check the combustion.

When servicing or replacing components that affect combustion, analyses and
soot tests must be carried out on the installation.
