B. Unscrew the black cap at the bottom of the clean water/solution tank and remove bottle insert. C. Add BISSELL 2X compact formula to the FORMULA fill line (8 oz.) on the clean water/solution tank. Fill the clean water/solution tank with hot (NOT boiling) tap water to the WATER fill line. -
