PROBLEM
If the caller's name
or phone number is
not displayed during
Call Waiting:

SOLUTION
• You should call your service provider
to confirm that you subscribe to
combined Caller ID with Call Waiting
service.
• Caller ID information received during
Call Waiting is displayed only on the
handset that is in use. The information
is stored in the Caller ID log on ALL
registered handsets.
• Make sure the battery is charged.
