Charging the Battery Pack with the Battery Charger
Use the separately sold battery charger (included with the Battery/Charge Adapter
Kit BCA-CP100) to charge the battery pack NB-CP1L before attaching it to the
printer.

Remove the battery pack's terminal cover.
• Refer to step 1 of the Charging the Battery Pack in the Printer section.

Charge Adapter

Attach the AC cable to the compact power adapter CA-
CP100 and plug it into a power outlet.
• Refer to step 4 of the Charging the Battery Pack in the Printer section.

Connect the compact power
adapter cable to the printer.
• The indicator lights orange while charging

Disconnect the compact power
adapter cable from the printer
once charging is complete.
Attach the battery pack to the
charge adapter.
• Attach it firmly in the direction of the arrow.
and turns off once the battery pack is fully
charged.
