Installing Batteries The door stop alarm requires one 9V battery. 1. Slide On/Off switch to the “OFF” position to prevent unintentional triggering. 2. Remove screw on the bottom of the door stop and lift off battery compartment cover. 3. Insert a 9V battery according to the diagram, making sure the terminal polarities are correct. -
