INTRODUCTION 1. INTRODUCTION The gas conveyor ovens mod. Synthesis 06/40V gas have been designed mainly for the automatic cooking of pizza and similar products. They are conveyor ovens. Favourable peculiarity of these particular ovens is that it is possible to make excellent baking, without controlling the same. -
