You can use email (UQ mobile mail).
NOTE
You need to sign up for the UQ mobile mail services.

Downloading the mail app
1 Tap Play Store.

Input "CosmoSia" in the searching field .
3 Install "CosmoSia" app.
NOTE
In order to install, you need to register a Google account.

If the account is not registered, register the account in advance.
Using the mail app

Tap CosmoSia.
2 On the "Select service" screen, select UQ mobile mail.
