Troubleshooting
Action
• This product can not play back files because it
does not support your memory card formatting.
• Format the card using the product or replace the
card with a card formatted correctly.
• Replace the memory card with a recommended
card.
• Record video at a lower resolution.
• Replace memory card with a faster card.
Action
• Turn the product's power off and on for data
recovery.
• If a file is not recovered, use the product to format
the storage media after backing up important files
to a PC or another storage media.
• Delete unnecessary files from the storage media.
• Back up files to your PC or another storage
media and delete unneeded files.
• Change to another card which has enough free
space.
• Set "File No" to "Reset".
• Format the storage media.
