    INSTALLATION 1. Connect the cable/satellite Set Top Box (STB) to either the AV input or the tuner (coax) input at the base of the SportsArt machine. 2. Connect the CAB to the RJ45 CSAFE port located on the side of the console (Pictured below).
  • Page 4 4. The IR emitter should be placed over the infrared eye on the front of the set top box. If you cannot see where the IR eye is on the front of the STB, shining a flashlight at the front of the box will usually help you to see the IR eye. Please see the IR eye locations of some of the most common STB’s below: 5.

    Connecting to the coax input (Tuner in): 1. Press the Settings icon in the upper right corner of the Main Menu page. (Please refer to SENZA Manual for the Password) 2. Turn on  the TV Enabled option and select TV Type Cable. 3. Press menu key in VIRTUAL CONTROLLER.

    To check for proper operation in Main menu press SELECT, then SELECT ENTERTAINMENT, and then Television and try to change channel using the controls on right side of the screen. Troubleshooting Guide: 1. Double button presses – Some set top boxes respond to more than one of the IR codes that we send out.
  • Page 8 commands. If the answer is yes, the STB is in RF mode. Check online for instructions to change the STB remote control mode from RF to IR. d. IR signal strength issue – In rare circumstances, the CAB may output too strong of an IR signal for the set top box IR receiver.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. All products being returned to BVE require a Return Authorization number. Products must be returned in original condition with the original packaging, components and support material.
