Check item
• Is a memory card that stores
only music files inserted?
• Does the message [No
images on file.] appear on
the screen?
• Is the memory card write-
protected? Or is the write-
protect switch locked?
• Is this image protected?
• Is the battery inserted in the
remote control properly?
• Is there a protective sheet
inserted?
Cause/Solutions
c When a memory card that stores only
music files is inserted, the message [No
images on file.] appears on the screen. In
this case, do not replace the card and press
. See "Importing a music file"
(page 18) for the proper subsequent
operation.
c Use the device you are using to cancel
write-protection and try deleting again.
c Slide the write-protect switch to the
enable position.
c Check the image information from the
single view mode (page 16).
c An image with a

frame.
c Turn off the power then turn it on

c Push the reset switch on the back of the
photo frame using a long, thin object such
