Step 1. Upon opening the box and identifying the components you will need 3 parts to begin assembly. You will need the back panel and the two side panels (L & R). Please note that you will need to have these parts upside down.

On the frame there some notches where the base will slide into. Make sure the caster wheels sit above the frame of the cart. Use 4 1/4-20 x 1/2 screws to attach the base to the frame. Notches for Base Panel Notches for Base Panel Attach 4¼-20 x ½...

Step 5 Cross Bar Notch Locate the cross bar and slide it into the slots on the front of the frame. On the L400/L500 the cross bar has magnets. On the ends of the cross bar you will see inserts for the screws to attach the bar to the frame. Use 2 1/4-20 x 1/2 screws to attach the cross bar to the frame.
