V1.0 CONTRACTOR TRUCK RACK 8819450 Secure the load with straps to prevent unwanted movement that can cause the load to slide, fall off the arm or vibrate. Check all bolts and connections for tightness daily. Tighten the bolts when necessary. - Page 6 8819450 CONTRACTOR TRUCK RACK V1.0 Do not fully tighten all bolt and nut connections until assembly is complete. Slide the narrow end of the left front side rail (#3) onto the cab bar (#6). Repeat with the right front side rail (#7) on the cab bar’s other end.

8819450 CONTRACTOR TRUCK RACK V1.0 Move the rack forward or backwards to adjust the rack’s position to center each set of feet on the rim. Insert two J-hooks (#9) through the bottom of each foot’s attachment points so the bar end is under the rim. Secure each hook with an M12 washer and nut set (#23). -
