Please delete the headset paired in your mobile and pair the headset again. Please refer to set up “Pairing mode" in Page 6. Will the MobiFren MFB-NB5100 work with other Bluetooth equipment? MFB-NB5100 is designed to connect with Bluetooth mobile phone. You can also connect to a Bluetooth device that supports the Bluetooth stereo headset handsfree profile. -
