REV.J Note: When the device (MSM) is in host mode, R200 and R201 need to be installed if
the device needs to support host wake up by slave activity during VDD minimization.
The 43K pull-downs should be placed directly on top of these traces (i.e. no stub).
If this is not possible, then the max allowed stub length is 5mm. The stub can be
anywhere between the connector and PHY.
