Introduction
Before visiting AT&T® or Rogers
number available. The IMEI number is printed on the WiFi On-the-Go
NotE: The IMEI number is a unique 15-digit serial number given to every mobile phone which can then be
used to check information such as the phone's Country of Origin, the Manufacturer and it's Model
Number.
Whether currently an AT&T Wireless or Rogers (CAN) customer or not, contact AT&T or Rogers (CAN) customer
service or visit the nearest AT&T Wireless or Rogers (CAN) corporate store to get a SIM card.

items needed for SIM card activation:

cellular gateway

• an AT&T or Rogers (CAN) nano SIM card
• a nano SIM card adapter
• a 4G Cellular and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi antennas
• a 12V DC/DC in-line power supply or a 120V AC/DC adapter
• a smart device

The IMEI number is printed on the WiFi On-the-Go label (Fig. 1A). NotE: The IMEI number is a unique 15-digit serial number given to every mobile phone which can then be used to check information such as the phone's Country of Origin, the Manufacturer and it's Model Number.
  • Page 2 SSID, PASSWoRD and IMEI#. Disconnect power from the cellular gateway (Fig. 2A). Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the WiFi On-the-Go (Fig. 3A). Inspect card slot for provided SIM card adapter. If installed, remove adapter. Press and release card adapter to eject it from the slot.
  • Page 3 After making sure the SIM card is firmly seated, plug in the 120V AC power supply. Verifying Connection Verify power and connectivity with the WiFi On-the-Go LEDs (Fig. 5). Lights will flash when connected. Refer to † the following table for LED status definitions.
