1.0 AX5-TS TRIPLE ACTION SYSTEM
Read through all the instructions carefully before proceeding with the installation. Be sure to follow any special plumbing
codes in your area. You can also contact your local dealer if you are having problems installing it. Diagram 1 illustrates the
plumbing connections that are needed to install the system.
CAUTION: DO NOT USE WITH WATER THAT IS MICROBIOLOGICALLY UNSAFE OR WITH WATER OF UNKNOWN
QUALITY WITHOUT ADEQUATE DISINFECTION BEFORE OR AFTER THE SYSTEM. SYSTEM CERTIFIED FOR CYST
RECDUCTION MAY BE USED ON DISINFECTED WATER THAT MAY CONTAIL FILTERABLE CYSTS. PLEASE HAVE
THE SYSTEM SERVICE REGULARY EVERY 6 MONTHS.
2.0 SYSTEM INSTALLATION REQUIREMENT
Inlet/outlet fitting: ½" male x ½" male reducer or ½"

male to 3/8" male reducer (not supply).
3/8" or ½" Braided hoses (not supply).

3.0 MOUNTING THE AX5-TS

Mark screw locations at the desired positions. Use
the two holes at the back of the AX5-TS mounting
bracket for marker guides.

Screw wood screws supplied with unit into marked
positions.
3.
Leave screw heads out a little.
4.
Hang AX5-TS system onto screws.
4.0 INSTALLATION OF COLD WATER SUPPLY CONNECTOR
TURN OFF THE MAIN COLD WATER SUPPLY BEFORE YOU START
The water supply connector that comes with the unit is made up of three parts; ½" pipe connector, a brass ball valve and pressure reduction
valve (not supply). See Diagram 1 for connection details. Please contact your local plumber is you are having problem installing the cold water
inlet.
WARNING: INADVERTENTLY CONNECTING THE UNIT TO HOT WATER WILL DESTROY THE MODULE AND VOID THE WARRANTY.
THE FEEDING WATER TEMPERATUR CANNOT EXCEED 40
5.0 CONNECTING UP AX5-TS
Check the labeling detail on AX5-TS system before connecting up the system.
Connect the WATER IN tubing to brass ball valve, which is attached to the ½" pipe adapter. With the other end of the tubing, connect it

to the pressure valve followed by the first stage of the AX5-TS system. The first stage of the AX5-TS system is mark with "IN" from the
left hand side of the system.
Connect the outlet "OUT" from the AX5-TS to a braided hose for the coffee machine. Do not connect to the coffee machine yet.
