REFERENCE STANDARDS The appliances are designed in compliance with the directive 89/336/EC and its amendment 93/68/EC. The present appliance is designed exclusively for proving dough and warming food, and it is intended for professional applications. INSTALLATION Positioning: install the appliance in a ventilated area. The appliance has to be installed at a distance of at least 3 cm from the wall.

MAINTENANCE Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before carrying out maintenance operations. This is a very simple machine, no special maintenance is required: simply check the condition of the cables and heating element from time to time. In case of replacements, use original spare parts only. The Manufacturer reserves the right to make changes and modifications if necessary, without altering the basic characteristics of the product...
