- Page 2 REFERENCE STANDARDS The appliances are designed in compliance with the directive 89/336/EC and its amendment 93/68/EC. The present appliance is designed exclusively for proving dough and warming food, and it is intended for professional applications. INSTALLATION Positioning: install the appliance in a ventilated area. The appliance has to be installed at a distance of at least 3 cm from the wall.
- Page 3 MAINTENANCE Disconnect the appliance from the power supply before carrying out maintenance operations. This is a very simple machine, no special maintenance is required: simply check the condition of the cables and heating element from time to time.
