knobs.

Place ends of lower
handle onto handle
brackets. Insert
carriage bolts and
tighten with wing nuts.

pull starter rope
from engine and B
slip starter rope
into rope guide.

rope guide wing
knob.
Use cable tie to
secure cable to
lower handle.
