PROBLEM:
Keyboard Errors
SOLUTION:
Check cable connections on each CPU and the switch.
PROBLEM:
No Video
Check cable connections on each CPU and the switch. Verify that keyboard and video connect from each CPU
SOLUTION:
to matching ports. After reconnecting, CPU may need to be re-booted in order to sense the monitor connection.
PROBLEM:
No Mouse
Broadcast mode is ON. Turn OFF Broadcast mode.
SOLUTION:
DEFAULT PASSWORD RESET
In the event the Administrator password is lost or forgotten, the password can be reset to the default password of "nti".
Figure 34 shows the location of the password reset button.
