Screening Calls

You can screen a call by allowing the answering
machine to pick up and listening to the message as it
is being recorded.
1 When RECORDING INCOMING MESSAGE is displayed, select
SCREEN.
2 To answer the call, press Line1 or Line2. To stop listening to
the incoming message, press OFF.

Registering a Handset

1 Press MENU.
2 Scroll to REGISTER.
3 Press SELECT.
4 Press and hold the PAGE button on the base until
the accessory device beeps.
5 Press OK to return to the handset screen

Deregistering Handsets

Caution: If you deregister all handsets from the base unit
you will render your cordless telephone system inoperable
until at least one handset is reregistered to the base unit.
Note: When deregistering a handset, delete or listen to all voicemail
messages, if necessary, to clear the IN USE/Voice Mail indicator.
1 Press OFF on the base station and all handsets.
2 Press and hold down PAGE on the base unit until the
IN USE indicator begins to flash slowly, then release.
3 Press and hold down PAGE again until the IN USE
indicator begins to flash quickly, then release PAGE.
4 Quickly and fully press and release PAGE again.
"Please register Handset" displays.
5 Press OK to register another device, or press EXIT.
