Safety Considerations Cautions! CAUTION FOR REFRIGERANT LEAKS (Point to note connection with refrigerant leaks) Introduction The installer and system specialist shall safety against leakage according to local regulations or standards. The following standards may be applicable if local regulations are not available. The GMV-Pdhm System like other air conditioning system uses R410A as refrigerants.R410A itself is an entirely safe non-toxic, non-combustible refrigerants.
Page 7
Safety Considerations 1. Calculate the amount of refrigerants (1b) charged to each system separately. Amount of refrigerants in a single unit system (amount of refrigerant with which the system is charged before leaving the factory) Additional charging amount (amount of refrigerant added locally in accordance with the length or diameter of the refrigerant piping) =total amount of refrigerants (1b) in the system.

Operating Principle of Muti-split and Heat-recovered Air-Conditioning Unit air which needs to cool; Refrigerants through refrigerant heat exchanger from high-pressure pipe exchanges heat with indoor air which needs to heat, which makes the purpose of heating of indoor unit realized. At last, all refrigerant through low-pressure gas pipe returns into compressor for next work circularly for air conditioning.

Reclaim refrigerant Step 3: when low pressure temperature of the refrigerant recovery system of the last module reaches -45 , ℃ valve on the low pressure piping shall be shut off immediately and power supply of the unit shall be switched off immediately.
Troubleshooting Warning! In case of abnormal conditions (such as unpleasant smell), stop the unit and turn off the general power supply immediately, and then contact the service center. Keep on operating after abnormal conditions occur may cause damage to the air-conditioning unit and the accident of electric shock or fire. Do not repair the air-conditioning unit by yourself, as wrong repair may cause electric shock or fire.
