Step 9: Start by disconnecting the (4 prong) Com-
munication Connector as shown by the arrow by pull-
ing up off the pins.
Step 11: The new Sorter Bowl is ready to attach the
Communication and the Power wires from the Crys-
talPress to the bowl.
Step 13:Once that the 2 connecting wires are
attached, you are ready to insert the new bowl into the
CrystalPress unit.
Step 15: Push the bowl in so the threaded stud
pushes through the hole (arrow), then the (3)
threaded studs on the bottom (not seen) will fall into
place. See step (4) to view.
Step 10: Next, disconnect the (2 prong) Power Con-
nector as shown by the arrow by pulling up off the
pins. Place the damaged sorter bowl to the side.
Step 12: A close up of how the (2) connectors should
appear when attached correctly. (Red arrow) to power,
(blue arrow) to communication.
Step 14: Close up of 2 wires running through square
hole in the back of the base plate. You can help guide
them through as you lift and push the bowl.
Step 16: Screw on the nylon locking nut. Do Not
tighten fully at this time. The (2) silver phillips
screws should be already inserted into the new bowl.
These screws are also not tightened all the way in at

this time.
