  • Page 8 AVVOLGIMENTO DELLA BOBINA 1. Ruotare la macchina in modo che sia rivolta verso la parte posteriore. 2. Posizionare un rocchetto di filo sul portarocchetto. 3. Guidare il filo a destra del disco di tensione e inserirlo saldamente nel disco (Fig. 1). 4.

Ruotare il volantino in senso antiorario per portare l’ago nella posi- zione più alta. 2. Tenere con la mano l’ago e allentare la vite di fissaggio dell’ago.   • Page 15 COLLEGAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA ALL’ALIMENTAZIONE DI RETE 1. Assicurarsi che l’interruttore di spegnimento/velocità sulla parte an- teriore della macchina sia in posizione OFF. 2. Collegare il jack (A) alla presa di ingresso sul retro della macchina. Collegare la spina (B) all’alimentazione di rete. Inserire la spina nella macchina.
  • Page 16 RISOLUZIONE DEI PROBLEMI 1. Assenza di elettricità POSSIBILI CAUSE: l’alimentazione o la spina dell’alimentatore esterno non funzionano, danno all’alimentazione. SOLUZIONE: verificare e sostituire l’alimentazione. 2. Il filo si spezza POSSIBILI CAUSE: deformazione della flessione dell’ago, o tessuto troppo spesso, troppo sottile, troppo morbido o duro, infilatura errata, ago non corretto o che non raggiunge la posizione indicata, filo per cucire non adatto, ago non standard.

  • Page 26 WINDING THE BOBBIN 1. Turn the machine so that you are facing the back of it. 2. Place a spool of thread on the spool pin. 3. Guide the thread to the right of the bobbin winder tension disk and slip it into the disk securely.
  • Page 27 THREADING THE MACHINE 1. Set the Power Off/Speed Switch to the OFF position. 2. Raise the presser foot lifter. 3. Turn the handwheel counter-clockwise until the needle is in its highest position. 4. Set the thread spool on the spool pin. 5.
  • Page 28 REPLACING THE BOBBIN 1. Turn the handwheel counter-clockwise until the needle is in its highest position. Raise the presser foot lifter. 2. Pull the slide plate forward and remove the empty bobbin.(Fig.6) 3. Place the filled bobbin into the bobbin case(Fig7),and pull about 4 of thread from the new bobbin.

  • Page 30 ADJUSTING TENSION 1. As shown in (Fig.A), a balanced stitch will have top and bottom thre- ad locking in the center of the fabric. Neither thread is too loose or too tight.   • Page 31 NEEDLE REPLACEMENT CAUTION Disconnect the power adaptor before starting to replace the needle. 1. Turn the handwheel counter-clockwise to raise the needle to its hi- ghest position. 2. Hold the old needle and loosen the needle clamp screw. Remove the old needle and discard it . (Fig.14). 3.

To select the stitch you want to sew, look at the diagrams numberedl through 12 on the front of the machine. Choose the corresponding on the dial , lining up the number with the arrow ‘ making on the machine. 2.

  • Page 34 TROUBLESHOOTING 1. No electricity POSSIBLE REASONS: the external power supply power or plug is wrong, power damage. SOLUTION: replace power. 2. Jumper POSSIBLE REASONS: improper needle bending deformation, cloth (too thick, too thin, too soft and hard), threading is wrong, the wrong needle or does not reach the designated position, sewing thread is not appropriate, the needle is not standard SOLUTION: replace the original factory or 90/14 # standard machine...
