  • Page 3 The Viewfinder The brilliant reflex finder swivels so that either vertical or horizontal scenes may be taken. Although everything appears sharp in the finder the camera must still be focused. Remember always to return the finder to the upright taking position as shown on page 15 before closing the camera.

  • Page 6 This table is suitable for use from April to August between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. (G.M.T.) and during March and September from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. During the winter, in fairly good light, use HP3 roll film and set the stop control as indicated in the table.

    Make sure that no pieces of paper from the film-sealing strips remain inside. Dust on the lens should be removed with a sable brush and finger marks polished off with Ilford Lens Cleaning Tissue. Never try to take the camera to pieces.
  • Page 9 Load and unload the camera in a shady place whenever possible, using the shadow of the body if no other screen is available. Always load your Prentice camera with ILFORD SELOCHROME and be sure of brilliant pictures...
