I’m trying to reset the previous blood pressure readings the steps in the manual are not working or I’m doing something wrong

To reset previous blood pressure readings on the MHC Medical Products SureLife Premium SL-BA202V:

1. Press the “PAGE” button to select the User Page you want to delete.
2. Press and hold the “MEMO” and “PAGE” buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
3. The symbol “EE EE” will be displayed, and all past readings stored in that User Page will be deleted.
