    Global-Tek (Singapore) Pte Ltd Model : GT-CR-2 GENERAL GT-CR2 Dishwasher is a fully automatic, rack-type double-tank conveyor machine. It have two stainless tanks and chambers with welded stainless steel angle frame, stainless steel legs, and stainless steel adjustable feet. Front inspection doors provide ready access to the interior of the wash chambers.

Turn the POWER switch OFF and contact your authorized service office. Booster Protection The booster water temperature is regulated by two thermostats to keep the rinse water temperature between 82-95℃.

    Global-Tek (Singapore) Pte Ltd INSTALLATION UNPACKING Immediately after unpacking the dishwasher, check it for possible shipping damage. If this machine is found to be damaged after unpacking, save the packaging material and contact the carrier within 3 days from date of delivery.

    Global-Tek (Singapore) Pte Ltd DRAIN CONNECTION Connect the drain through a trap to the sewer pipe. FILL CONNECTION Use pipe for the connecting line. The flowing pressure is preset 1.4kg/cm . Water flows into booster and is heated, then into wash tank. After the tank is filled, the float-controlled high-water switch closes the solenoid valve.

    Global-Tek (Singapore) Pte Ltd WARNING: DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY AND PLACE A TAG AT THE DISCONNECT SWITCH TO INDICATE THAT YOU ARE WORKING ON THE CIRCUIT. Some machines may have more than one electrical power supply. All supplies must be disconnected.

    Global-Tek (Singapore) Pte Ltd CLEANING 1. Turn MOTOR and POWER switches OFF. 2. Open the door. Standard door interlock switches prevent machine operation with inspection door open. 3. Open drain by turning drain valve. 4. Check the upper and lower final rinse nozzles, or auxiliary rinse nozzles (if so equipped) to make sure they are free of lime and solids.

    Global-Tek (Singapore) Pte Ltd TROUBLESHOOTING NOTE: if symptom persists after possible causes have been checked, contact your authorized service office. SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSES No Machine Operation 1. Blow fuse or tripped circuit breaker at power supply. 2. Conveyor may be jammed.

Low supply pipeline line pressure. 3. Clogged rinse nozzle(s). Spotting of Silverware, 1. Improperly loaded racks.

Make sure doors are closed. 3. Check interlock switch. 4. Check both upper and lower fill floats for debris and free movement.
