Is the VSC Board
normal?

connected?
No
Re-insert the Cable.
No
Does the FIL8532 IC
(IC800) Operate?
No
Replace the FIL8532 IC
(IC800).
No
Replace the Ctrl B/D.
Yes
Replace the cable.
Yes
Replace the VSC B/D
