Frozen Vegetables
Press FROZEN VEGETABLES until the weight of the

vegetables is shown in ounces.
Press START/+30 SEC. to begin cooking.

Weight Defrost
Press WEIGHT DEFROST and enter the weight in
1
ounces (between 4 and 100) of item to be
defrosted.
All defrost is done at a power level of 3 (30%).
If a different power is required, press POWER LEVEL
2
from 1-9.
Press START/+30 SEC. to begin defrost.
