INSTALLER - Read all instructions before
installing. Read page 2 first. Follow all
instructions in proper order to prevent personal
injury or death.
• Consider ducting, fuel supply, venting and
installation when determining furnace location.
• Any claims for damage or shortage in shipment

If your furnace is shut down during the cold weather season, water pipes may freeze, burst and cause serious water
damage. Turn off the water supply and bleed the pipes
If the heater is left unattended during the cold weather season, take the following precautions:
Close the main water valve in the house and purge the pipes if possible. Open all the faucets in the house;
Ask someone to frequently check the house during the cold weather season to make sure that there is sufficient heat to
prevent the pipes from freezing. Tell this person to call an emergency number if required.

    PMP-112 – Furnace Manual Oil Furnaces OWNER’S INFORMATION The furnace must be inspected and started ANNUALLY, at the beginning of the heating season, only by a qualified service technician. The service technician must perform annual service and maintenance on the furnace to ensure reliable operation. Failure to service and maintain the furnace and system could result in equipment failure, causing severe personal injury, death or substantial property damage.
