4. Troubleshooting
BACKLIGHT DIMMING PROBLEMS ON FULL SCREEN OR JUST ONE AREA
•
Go to
Menu £ Picture £ Backlight and vary level (0 – 50)
•
If no backlight changes are observed problem is Main Board or SMPS
Anode side (no stripe) of CH1 thru CH 6 Diodes for voltage change while changing backlight level.

If no voltage changes

If voltage changes in all diodes except the one with area problem replace
Use:
MUTE £ 4 £ 1 £ 9 £
4-6
Main Board is likely defective.
EXIT
to test Panel Backlight.
SMPS.
