Status can be changed in user menu and may default off.

If
Not Lit:
One Connect Box is Powered

If OK
OCB Cable to TV (Miss Connections or damaged cable)

If OK
A13V CNM803 Pin 13 on TV SMPS
9
•
A13V is supplied from One Connect to SMPS & TV Board
3.
If A13V is missing
Remove CNM803 Connector to SMPS

Check A13V on Cable or at TV Board
9
•
If A13 is now OK Replace Defective SMPS
•
If A13 is still missing
One Connect Operation / One Connect Cable

4.
If A13 was OK on SMPS
TV Main Board supply voltages to Function Control
9
•
If missing replace TV Main Board
Standby LED voltage (1.7Vdc on Function Connector)

•
If OK replace Function Assy
•
If missing replace TV Main Board.
