The Garden Tip Cart is the ideal tool to have when working around your garden or property. Now you can carry heavy loads with
ease, and just tip the cart to empty it. The four hefty wheels are designed to travel on a variety of different terrains, allowing you to
pull it just about anywhere. It has comfortable spring-loaded handle so you won't have to constantly bend down to pick it up.
Parts List
(1) Tub
(4) Wheels
(1) Rear Axle Support
(1) Front Axle Support
(1) Handle Lock
(1) Front Frame
(1) Handle
(14) loose Bolts with Washers & Nuts
(2) loose Hex Bolts with Washers & Nuts
NOTE: Assembly is easiest with two people. We recommend assembling
the cart outside in a well-ventilated area. Natural rubber tires can emit an
unpleasant, but harmless, odor for a short time until the rubber ages.
Step 1. Lay out all parts on a clean, level surface. Important: Use the Figures
and images to help identify the parts during assembly.
Step 2. Place the Tub upside down on a flat surface. Keep in mind that the straight end is the
front of the Tub and the curved end is the back of the Tub.
Step 3. Line up the holes in the Rear Axle Support with the holes in the back of the
Tub, as shown in Figure 1. Insert 6 Bolts through the lined up holes. NOTE: Bolt
heads should be on the inside of the Tub, nuts on the outside. Slide a Washer
onto each Bolt and loosely attach the Nuts. Once all Bolts are in place,
tighten them using a 13mm socket wrench and slotted screwdriver.
Step 4. Line up the holes in
the Handle Lock with the
holes in the front of the Tub
(Figure 1). Working from
the inside of the Tub, insert
4 Bolts through the lined
up holes. Slide a Washer
onto each Bolt and loosely
attach the Nuts. Wait until
all Bolts are in place before
tightening them with a
13mm socket wrench and
slotted screwdriver.
