Items Needed:
Not Provided
• 4G LTE based standard size SIM card (25mm x 15mm)
• 120vac battery backed-up power source (RATH® RP7700107)
• RATH® 2100 series phone
Provided
• Dual-band antenna
• 12vdc plug-in transformer
Installation:
1. Locate the SIM card slot on the side of the 2100-GSM4. Press
the yellow circle next to the SIM card slot and push until drawer
pops out. Insert the SIM card in the drawer and slide the drawer
back into the unit. The gold contact side faces down and the
corner edge without the cut out goes in first. See Figure 1
for correct seeding of SIM card slot.
2. Screw the provided dual-band antenna into the ANTENNA port on the 2100-GSM4. The antenna
should be mounted in an area that allows for a strong cellular signal.
Note: If installing multiple 2100-GSM4s, antennas must be mounted at least 3 feet apart.
3. Using the provided plug-in transformer, plug the barrel side into the power connector on the
2100-GSM4. Plug the other end into a 120v battery backed-up power source.
4. Press in on the "ON/OFF" button on the unit.
5. Allow at least 3 minutes for unit to fully boot. When the unit is fully booted and connected to a cellular
network, the status lights should be as follows:

FXS = Off
Note: If RDY light continues to blink, the SIM card is not registered properly with your provider.
Check that the SIM card is properly installed and that it has valid activation with a cellular carrier.

on the 2100-GSM4.
