Note: Ensure that the booms are in the transport position
before installing this kit.
1. Disconnect the boom hydraulics and connect the bed
lift hoses; refer to your sprayer and Workman Operator's
Manual.
2. Disconnect the PTO driveshaft from the Workman;
refer to your PTO kit Installation Instructions.
3. Disconnect the sprayer fuse block from the Workman
fuse block; refer to your sprayer's Operator's Manual.
4. Disconnect the control console from the Workman
and mount it to the tank storage bracket.
5. Mount the jack stand legs to the machine as shown in
Figure 1.
6. Remove the bolts from the hold-down brackets; refer
to your sprayer's Operator's Manual.
7. Disconnect the sprayer harness lead from the battery.
8. Connect the jacks to the rear jack stands (Figure 1).
Note: Discard the jack collar insert.
9. Tilt the tank skid back until the rear jack stands touch
the ground.
10. Attach the front jack stand extensions (Figure 1) and
lower the tank skid until they touch the ground.
Note: If the jack stand feet are not all level on the
ground, adjust the rear jacks until they are.
11. Disconnect the sprayer's speed sensor and connect
the Workman speed sensor; refer to your sprayer's
Operator's Manual.
12. Release the hydraulic cylinder pressure.
13. Remove the lift cylinder pins and retract the lift
cylinders; refer to your sprayer's Operator Manual..

14. Adjust the jack stands using the jacks until the back
