The unit has a stainless steel wall housing with which the unit is fixed to the wall. The unit is fixed to the wall by means of the 4 fixing holes in the wall casing using 12 mm dowels and 10 mm hexagonal wood screws. When pressed, a 6 mA DC residual current is generated. The DC monitor then generates an AC residual current which triggers the residual current circuit breaker in the house distri- bution system.
