- Page 4 ™ During the labor warranty period, to repair the Product, Purchaser will either return the defective product, freight prepaid, or deliver it to Manufacturer at Moog Decatur Operations, 2525 Park Central Boulevard, Decatur, Georgia, 30035. The Product to be repaired is to be returned in either its original carton or a similar package affording an equal degree of protection with a RMA # (Return Materials Authorization number) displayed on the outer box or packing slip.
- Page 5 The SRCW1000 arm can be secured in position by using the 3/8" bolts provided. 2. Connect the appropriate WM (wall mount) bracket that you will be using with the bolts and nuts provided.
- Page 6 SMW1 SRM1500 1. If using the SMW1 wall mount adapters, see Figures 4 & 5 for orientation. A heavy duty bracket which is designed to secure directly to the corner of a building 2. Mount SMW1 brackets to surface as described in instructions #2 under SRM1500. (or a flat wall if used in conjunction with the SMW1 bracket).
