    REGULATIONS AND SECURITY ATTENTION: Do not disassemble or modify the device in any way. This symbol warns of the presence of dangerous un-insulated voltages inside some of the components, of sufficient magnitude to expose people to risk of electronic shock. This symbol draws attention to important use and maintenance instructions in the manual that accompanies the unit.
  • Page 6 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Wiring connected to hazardous voltage requires installation by qualified personnel or the use of ready-made flexible cables. For your security, your equipment must be connected to an elec- trical outlet with grounding connection protection. Since the plug is used to disconnect the device, the operating electrical outlet must be in an easily accessible place.

    MICROPHONE INSTALLATION 1. Remove the 3 screws placed in the center of the bottom of the microphone. 2. Plug the network cable into the microphone and guide it through the center exit path. When the cable is secured, guide it through the tube (anchor piece).
  • Page 11 MICROPHONE INSTALLATION 4. Assemble the microphone by introducing it vertically (matching the hole of detail A) and turning it 90° clockwise. 5. To remove the microphone, pull the microphone slightly upwards and turn it 90º anticlockwise. Now the microphone can be extracted vertically.

    POWER AND CONTROL Ethernet: PoE connector. Use the power supply to power the device. Connect an Ethernet CAT6 shielded cable to Output on the power supply, then connect the CAT cable AHnet connector to the microphone lift. For remote control using the AHnet, connect a CAT6 shielded cable to the Input on the power supply and then connect the cable to your network.

    AHlink Activate the AHlink function, Deep 1 in down position. Using a cellular phone, download “AHlink” application from the App Store (IOS system) or from Google Play (Android system). The application is free. Open the AHlink application on your device. Select "Scan for local devices".

    NETWORK CONFIGURATION The unit has two RJ45 network ports, one is for the SHURE MXA310 microphone, and the other is to control and power the mechanical unit. As explained on chapter before, using the AHlink connection, you will access to the network configuration using password “8345”.
