ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1.
Remove all parts from carton, separate them by part numbers indicated on the parts list, and verify parts quantities.
STEP 2.
To begin assembly place Base (2) upright so Casters (1) are on the floor. Insert Pneumatic Cylinder (4) into Base (2) and
slip Bellows (3) over cylinder shaft.
STEP 3.
Attach adjustable Seat Plate (5) to Wood and Vinyl Seat (6), with arrow pointing forward, using four Short Screws (10)
and four Flat Washers (14). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS.
STEP 4.
Attach Wood Back (7) to Wood and Vinyl Seat (6), using three Long Allen Screws (12). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS.

STEP 5.
Align the holes in the Arms (8L and 8R) with the holes in the Wood and Vinyl Seat(6). Using two Medium Allen
Screws (11) to attach each Arm (8L and 8R). DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN SCREWS.
STEP 6.
Align the holes in the Arms (8L and 8R) with the holes in the Wood Back (7). Using Phillips Screws (9) attach each Arm
(8L and 8R). FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS.
STEP 7.
Cover the screw holes on the Arms (8L and 8R), the Long Screws (12), and the Phillips Screws (9) on the Wood Back
(7) with Plastic Caps (13).
STEP 8. Place Assembled seat onto Pneumatic Cylinder (4) and apply downward pressure.
ATTENTION: VERIFY ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING CHAIR.
