HARDWARE LIST Shelf Support NOTE: Phillips screwdriver also needed for assembly (not provided). THANK YOU for purchasing this quality product. Be sure to check all packing material carefully for small parts which may have come loose inside the carton during shipment. Identify and count all parts and compare with the parts and hardware lists. Contact us via e-mail parts@officestar.net, by Fax 1-909-930-5629, or toll free parts number 1-800-950-7262, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - Page 5 STEP 1: Insert two Wooden Dowels (G) into Back Panel (4), attach Middle Shelf (5) to Back Panel (4) and secure using three Flat Washers (D), three Spring Washers (E) and three Bolts (B). DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS (B). STEP 2: Insert two Wooden Dowels (G) into Left Side Frame (2).

Attach Middle Shelf (5) and Bottom Panel (7) to Right Side Frame (3), secure Bottom Panel (7) using two Bolts (A), secure Middle Shelf (5) using two Flat Washers (D), two Spring Washers (E) and two Bolts (B). DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS (A &...
- Page 7 STEP 5: Insert two Wooden Dowels (G) into edge of Partition Panel (6), secure Partition Panel (6) to Middle Shelf (5) using two Flat Washers (D), two Spring Washers (E) and two Bolts (B). DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS (B). STEP 6: Attach one Handle (H) to front of both Left Door (8) and Right Door (9) using one Bolt (I) for each Handle (H).
- Page 8 STEP 7: Turn TV console assembly to the upright position and FULLY TIGHTEN ALL BOLTS USING WRENCH (F). Attach Left Door (8) and Right Door (9) to front of assembly. STEP 8: Insert eight Wooden Dowels (G) into top of assembly. Attach Top Panel (1) to assembly and secure using nine Flat Washers (D), nine Spring Washers (E) and nine Bolts (B).
- Page 9 STEP 9: Insert Shelf Supports (J) into TV Console. STEP 10: Carefully place Adjustable Shelves (10) onto Shelf Supports (J).
- Page 10 STEP 11: Adjust levelers to level the TV Console. IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE ALL BOLTS AND SCREWS ARE SECURELY TIGHTENED BEFORE USING THIS PRODUCT.
- Page 11 FUrnITUrE CarE: - Dust with a soft cloth following the grain pattern of the wood. - Dust often to remove the everyday abrasive particles from the wood surfaces. - Before dusting, moisten cloth lightly with a spray product. - Wood finishes also benefit from an occasional polishing.
