Getting Started
• T he Gear can be used while it is charging, but it may take longer to fully charge the
battery.
• I f the Gear receives an unstable power supply while charging, the touchscreen may not
function. If this happens, disconnect the Gear from the wireless charging dock.
• W hile charging, the Gear may heat up. This is normal and should not affect the Gear's
lifespan or performance. If the battery gets hotter than usual, the charger may stop
charging.
• I f the Gear is not charging properly, take the Gear to a Samsung Service Centre.
• A void using a bent or damaged USB cable.

Power saving mode

Activate power saving mode to extend the battery's usage time.
• D isplays colours on the screen as grey tones.
• D eactivates features, excluding phone, messages, and notifications.
• D eactivates the Wi-Fi feature.
• L imits the performance of the Gear's CPU.
On the Apps screen, tap
the Home key and tap Power saving →
To deactivate this mode, tap OFF →
