Network Setup
You can remotely connect to LG Network Storage using Domain name.
A
DDNS provides convenient connectivity in a circulating IP environment where the
IP continuously changes at a fixed time.
e.g.) http://DomainName.lgnas.com, ftp://DomainName.lgnas.com.
NOTICE
※ You can't not use special characters and spaces when entering domain name.
(Domain name may include at least 3 and up to 24 alphanumeric characters including hyphen.)
※
After registering domain name, if you select 'Don't use' , the existing domain name will be deleted
and other users will be able to register with the name.
※ You will not be able to use the domain if you forget the password, so take caution not to be in this
situation.

A Connect to Network Storage
Web Menu -> Configuration
-> Network Service Setting ->
Basic network setting ->
Click 'DDNS' tab.
Click on 'Use'

Enter the name and password of
the domain you want to use.
Click on 'Save'
