  • Page 6 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Step 1 (3) Main Frame (6) Front Foot Insert Front Foot (6) to Main Frame (3) as shown in the picture above. Step 2 (D) Flat Washer M10 (B) Bolt M10*20 Fix Front Foot (6) to Main Frame (3) with 2 Bolts M10*20 (B) and 2 Flat Washers M10 (D).

  • Page 9 Step 6 (7) Roller Tube Flip the bench back to its upright position. Insert the Roller Tube (7) into the Main Frame (3). Make sure that the lengths on the two sides are equal. Step 7 (4) Foot Roller (5) Roller Cap Insert the Foot Roller (4) and attach Roller Cap (5).
