Audio & Video Settings Audio & Video Settings Audio Settings If there are audio problems such as the sound is discontinuous or noisy when using the device, the reason is the connected PC’s recording audio sample rate is different with the audio sample rate of input HDMI audio. Please refer to the following steps to solve the problem. - Page 11 Audio & Video Settings Step 2: Select “Sound Control Panel” to open Sound control panel. Step 3: Click “Recording” to select “2-USB Audio Device” (the name may be “eEver USB Audio Device”) in this submenu, and then click “Properties” to open the properties panel.

Ensure that the connected USB device can supply enough power.
