Audio & Video Settings Audio & Video Settings Audio Settings If there are audio problems such as the sound is discontinuous or noisy when using the device, the reason is the connected PC’s recording audio sample rate is different with the audio sample rate of input HDMI audio. Please refer to the following steps to solve the problem.

Audio & Video Settings Step 2: Select “Sound Control Panel” to open Sound control panel. Step 3: Click “Recording” to select “2-USB Audio Device” (the name may be “eEver USB Audio Device”) in this submenu, and then click “Properties” to open the properties panel.

Trouble Shooting Trouble Shooting No Power The device can be powered by the host device connected to USB-C port, and no additional external power supply is needed. Ensure that the connected USB device can supply enough power. No Video The device will be virtually set as a USB camera device in the connected host PC, ensure that you select the correct USB camera in the used software.
The warranty has expired. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is repaired, dismantled or altered by anyone that is not from an AV Access Technology Limited authorized service partner. The defects are caused by the fact that the product is used or handled improperly, roughly or not as instructed in the applicable User Guide.
